Studio Use & Services Agreement (Summary)

• Parties: Sound Grounds, LLC, 1030 Cleveland Rd W, Sandusky, OH 44870, and the undersigned Client(s).
• Rates: Studio Time $65/hr; Pre/Post-Processing $65/hr; 0.25-hr increments. Setup/tear-down/engineer time billable.
• Payment: Due at service or invoicing; late fees may apply; deliverables may be withheld until paid.
• Scheduling/Cancellations: ≥24h notice or $50 late/no-show fee (15-min grace period).
• Ownership: Client owns content/Recordings; optional promo excerpts only if Client opts in.
• Deliverables: Agreed exports; raw project/multitrack/camera originals not included by default.
• File Retention: 30-day base retention; optional long-term storage at $0.25/GB/mo (min $5/mo).
• House Rules: No smoking/vaping; minors with guardian; lawful content; follow staff direction.
• Risk & Limits: Ordinary risks assumed; Studio liability capped to session fees.
• Disputes: Mediation → binding arbitration (Erie County, OH); individual claims only.

Event Booking Terms (Summary)

• Parties: Sound Grounds, LLC, 1030 Cleveland Rd W, Sandusky, OH 44870, and the undersigned Client(s).
• The booking: One event per day, in a 4–6 hour block starting on the hour or half-hour within that day's hours. A confirmed booking reserves the whole day.
• Space rate: $250.00 flat for the first 4 hours, then $75.00 per additional hour up to 6. Party packages and premium extras are priced as listed. Taxes & approved pass-throughs apply.
• Deposit: $100.00, non-refundable, and only charged if we confirm your date — then credited against your balance. Nothing is charged when you request a date.
• Payment: The balance is due at the end of the event or on invoicing; late fees may apply; access/services may be withheld until paid.
• Cancellations: Cancel any time — the deposit is retained. With at least 48h notice (72h if we're making special arrangements for your event, which we'll tell you when we confirm) we can move the deposit to one rescheduled date within 90 days, subject to availability. Inside that window, or a no-show past a 15-minute grace period, forfeits the deposit and any costs already committed on your behalf. If we cancel, you get the deposit back in full.
• AV & space use: Projector & Screen, Multiple TVs, Microphones, Stage, Buffet Table (8ft) — as confirmed; staff may be required to operate systems.
• Timing/overtime/cleaning: Your block includes your load-in, setup, event, tear-down and load-out; overtime runs at $75.00/hr in 0.25-hr increments; excess cleaning/damages billed at cost.
• Recording setup: If you book a Recording Package, our setup, sound-check, camera and lighting work, tear-down and media handoff are on us — they don't come out of your block and aren't billed to you. The room is ready when your block starts.
• House Rules: No smoking/vaping; minors with adult; lawful content; follow staff direction.
• Risk & limits: Ordinary risks assumed; Venue liability capped to amounts paid.
• Disputes: mediation → binding arbitration (Erie County, OH), individual claims only.
• Recording Package (Optional): Audio-only, audio+single-cam, or multi-cam by quote; Pre/Post billed at studio rate (e.g., $65/hr, 0.25-hr increments); deliverables agreed in advance; raw files not included by default.
